**Job Summary**:
EGT Eco Green Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven **Business Relation Executive** to drive customer engagement and sales for water and wastewater treatment projects. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our technical solutions including **WTP, STP, ETP, RO, UF, and ZLD** systems across the southern region of India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients in **industrial sectors (têxtiles, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, dyeing units), residential apartments, hospitals, hotels, and educational institutions**.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to generate inquiries and secure orders.
- Understand customer needs and align them with suitable treatment solutions.
- Prepare and share techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Maintain a strong follow-up cycle to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Support clients throughout the sales journey - from inquiry to handover.
- Travel to client sites across **Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka** to conduct meetings and presentations.
- Provide feedback to the technical team on market requirements and customer suggestions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Any Degree / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Engineering or Environmental Science preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in business development, preferably in **water treatment, environmental engineering, or industrial equipment sales**.
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- **Language Proficiency**: Tamil (mandatory), English (fluent), Hindi/Malayalam/Kannada (added advantage).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
- Basic technical understanding of treatment plants and flow diagrams is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
