Start-up company launched one year back. They have launched Mobile Power Bank Vending machines across Delhi-NCR. You can download their app and use it to take out the power bank in case you need to charge your phone while out in the market or for work. You can return it back after using it to any machine which is closest to you. They charge rentals on hourly basis or per day basis or you can subscribe it for month or quarter or year.

We need CRM executive who can call their existing subscribers and potential subscribers.
5 Days working, Alternate Saturdays working.
Working Hours-10:00AM-6:00PM

Salary budget is 20-25K per month.
Location is Green Park, South Delhi.

**Job Description**:
∙ Experienced in managing customer accounts/queries, effectively communicate with

business objectives as delegated.

∙ Collaborate with various internal staff members to meet business objectives.

∙ Constantly manage/update customer and subscription related information,

managing various types of business records, tracking of actions, follow-ups, etc.

∙ Answer incoming customer inquiries, record customer information within our

customer service database.

∙ Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to

their concerns

∙ Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's

customer service policies.

∙ Handle the front end engagement for the agreement validation, possession

documentation

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
