Support the execution of the CRM strategy
- Ensure leads are timely responded to
- Present data clearly to management and managers, ensuring that you provide insights & customer trends through Excel and dashboard
- Set KPIs to measure campaign results, drive insights and recommendations and communicate these clearly and accurately back to the business, helping to inform business decisions and future campaigns iterations
- Liaising with other departments to create a CRM strategy that works across the board
- Planning CRM strategies designed to attract and retain customers while expanding the brand’s reach and boosting consumer loyalty. Provide innovative ways to target and reward our customers
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be responsive to change and last minute requests
Call and respond to guest queries as and when required
- Provide general administrative assistance to Managers
- Manage CRM campaigns
- Work closely with the CRM tech team to report on the campaigns
- Work closely with the CRM Tech team and managers on developing initiatives to retain and increase the guests data base.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in CRM
- Graduate
- Good in Excel and can present raw data in organised form
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise within a constantly changing environment with varying demands, often on accelerated timelines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹16,510.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

- New Delhi, South - 110017, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
