**Job Summary**:
The Marketing/Branding Manager for the wine industry is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand identity, drive product awareness, and increase sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the wine market, customer preferences, and effective branding techniques to position the company as a leader in the industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:Brand Development**
- Define and articulate the brand vision, mission, and values to align with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Develop unique and compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the design and production of packaging, labels, and marketing materials to ensure consistency with the brand identity.
**Marketing Strategy**
- Create and implement marketing plans that include digital, social media, traditional media, and experiential campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies to optimize product positioning in the market.
**Content Creation**
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with photographers and designers to produce high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns.
- Manage the storytelling aspect of the brand, focusing on vineyard history, winemaking processes, and sustainability initiatives.
**Event Management & Promotion**
- Plan and execute wine-tasting events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage customers and industry professionals.
- Develop partnerships with restaurants, hotels, and retailers to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the brand at industry events, wine festivals, and networking opportunities.
**Digital Marketing**
- Develop and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic to online platforms.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust campaigns to improve performance.
**Sales Collaboration**
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Provide sales tools such as product guides, promotional materials, and training on brand messaging.
**Performance Analysis**
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through KPIs and analytics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on campaign outcomes and ROI.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data and market feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing/branding experience, preferably in the wine, beverage, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of the wine industry, including terminology, trends, and customer preferences.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Graphic design experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of wine certifications (e.g., WSET) or experience in winemaking processes.
- Experience with influencer partnerships and public relations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Schedule:
