**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Building & Communication**:

- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen recall and visibility.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (print, digital, events, social).
- Coordinate with creative teams/agencies for content, designs, and campaigns.
- **Marketing Campaigns (Offline + Online)**:

- Plan and execute mass marketing activities such as events, local activations, print, and radio ads.
- Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative campaign ideas.
- **Digital & Social Media Marketing**:

- Create and post engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
- Run targeted paid ad campaigns, track ROI, and optimize budgets.
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance and prepare monthly reports.
- **Market Research & Insights**:

- Conduct customer and market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Collect feedback from campaigns and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- **Cross-functional Support**:

- Work with vendors, creative agencies, and internal teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
- Support sales and operations teams with marketing materials, collaterals, and presentations.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in **marketing, branding, or digital marketing**.
- Strong understanding of **both offline marketing (ATL/BTL) and online marketing (social media, digital ads)**.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative campaigns.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools such as **Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, MS Office** (basic design/editing tools preferred).
- Excellent communication (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred) and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines.
