**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong relationships with implementation partners and direct clients.
- Source requirements from job portals, client portals, and networking platforms.
- Submit suitable resumes and coordinate interviews and feedback processes.
- Maintain a pipeline of hotlist consultants and track their availability and submissions.
- Ensure compliance with international hiring norms and documentation.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management.

**Required Skills**:

- 1-5 years of experience in **Bench Sales, IT Recruitment, or Technical Staffing**.
- Understanding of various IT technologies (Java,.NET, SAP, QA, Data Science, DevOps, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with **job portals** like **Naukri, Monster India, TimesJobs, Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US or UK time zones (if required).
- Strong knowledge of employment types**:C2C, W2, 1099 (for international market)** or **Contract/Permanent (for domestic)**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or IT-related field.
- Previous experience working with **US/UK IT staffing** preferred.
- Familiarity with **immigration policies** (H1B, OPT, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
