Job Description: Project One - US Banking Blended Process (Voice and Chat)

Position: Customer Service Executive - US Banking Blended Process

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Location: Noida, India

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer interactions via voice and chat, providing effective solutions for banking-related queries.

2. Ensure first-time resolution by understanding customer requirements and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

3. Maintain adherence to process guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance standards.

4. Document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.

5. Collaborate with team members and leaders to improve service delivery and meet performance goals.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education: Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO (voice or blended processes).

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

4. Technology: Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs (5 days a week).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary: ₹50,000 CTC (₹43,400 in-hand).
- No cab facility provided.
- Work from office profile.
