We are hiring for a US Banking Blended Process, (voice and chat), any graduate or undergrad. with minimum 01 year of international bpo experience and with excellent communication skills can apply, 5 days a week working with rotational shifts and rotational offs., no cab, salary - Rs.50000 ctc and Rs.43400 inhand, work from office profile

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, and phone calls.
- Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer concerns and resolving them effectively.
- **Process Adherence**:

- Follow all company guidelines and process workflows.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards for international customer service.
- **Documentation**:

- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify customer issues, escalate unresolved problems to the relevant department, and provide timely updates to customers.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members and supervisors to share insights and achieve team performance goals.
