The **National HRD Network, Pune Chapter**, is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) **Outreach Executive** to join our team.

As the **DEI Outreach Executive**, your primary responsibility will be to oversee our initiative aimed at creating job opportunities for **People with Disabilities** (PWD) and **other related initiatives.**

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on society while taking on a challenging role and gaining valuable corporate exposure.

**Brief Role**:

- Identify and promote opportunities for PWD talent
- Organize and facilitate DEI sensitization workshops
- Network with like-minded stakeholders to promote DEI values
- Take ownership of the project and ensure its success
**Further role will be shared during personal interaction.**

**Details**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment with a fair understanding of DEI concepts
- Salary Range - Rs. 25K to 35K (Depending on skills & expertise)
- Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and committed to making a positive impact
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **2-wheeler preferred**:

- Office Location: Aundh, Pune
- Timings: Monday - Saturday | 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
