**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Healthcare Recruitment Expertise**: Specialize in recruiting for healthcare positions such as nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare support roles.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with business needs.
- **Offer Management**: Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- **Language Skills**: Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- **Shift Availability**: Willingness to work in **US shifts** (night shift).
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple roles and tasks within tight deadlines.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
