**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top healthcare talent in the US market. This position requires working during US business hours (night shifts in India) to support recruitment processes across various healthcare fields.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**: Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
- **Client Interaction**: Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **1+ year of recruitment experience** (preferably in healthcare or a related field).
- **Excellent communication skills** in English (both written and verbal).
- Comfortable working during **US shifts (night)**.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- A proactive approach to solving recruitment challenges.
