**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote the organization and attract top talent.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare industry.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry-specific regulations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
