Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- Experience working night shifts aligned with USA business hours.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

- Night shift
