Job description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, references, professional networks, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
  • Conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication
  • Share feedback and recommendations with stakeholders in a structured manner
  • Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and ensure timely closure of positions
  • Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding formalities for new hires
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring metrics

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing hiring / plant-level recruitment preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and labor/employment laws
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously
