**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated **Sales & Support Executive** to join American Webtech. You will play a key role in managing client relations, preparing sales documents, handling invoices and finances, and providing technical and customer support. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a basic understanding of WordPress, hosting, and server management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and sales-related documents such as Scope of Work and Minutes of Meetings.
- Maintain client relationships by providing prompt support and follow-ups.
- Assist customers with hosting, domains, and server-related queries.
- Provide basic support for WordPress websites, including debugging and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution and updates.
- Maintain organized financial records and support management in reporting.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Support or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, hosting, domains, and servers.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and website debugging.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions.
