**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers (US-based).
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English to resolve customer queries.
- Provide excellent customer service and support with a problem-solving mindset.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
- Meet performance metrics and adhere to quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a night shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
- Fresher graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
