Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for the International Voice Process – Banking Domain. This role requires individuals with prior international BPO voice experience to assist our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound banking-related voice calls
  • Assist with debit and credit card replacements
  • Resolve payment gateway issues
  • Address and resolve customer/client queries effectively
  • Maintain performance metrics like Average TAT, Resolution Rate, and AHT

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process
  • Must have completed 12th grade or equivalent
  • Comfortable working in night shifts
  • Willingness to work from office initially for training (6-8 weeks), followed by Work from Home
  • Should be an immediate joiner
