**About the Company**:
Untangle is a trusted mental health organization offering high quality mental health services. We mainly cater to the D2C market and offer Individual and couple therapy sessions. Established in 2018, we are a therapist led organization that values providing ethical and evidence based therapy that help our clients make lasting and transformative changes in their mental health.

We are currently looking for passionate individuals who are interested in joining our mission to provide world-class mental health care in India.

**Work Schedule** - Every Sunday of the month

**Job Type** - Part-time

**Work timings** - 10AM to 7PM

**Eligibility**:

- Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Psychology.
- Undergraduate students with a strong interest in mental health are also encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must reside in or near JP Nagar 1st Phase.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations.
- Greet and assist clients arriving for in-person therapy appointments.
- Gather and document client feedback following sessions.
- Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, assisting them in scheduling appointments.
- Assess clients' needs and direct them to the suitable therapist.
- Maintain and coordinate the therapists' schedules.
- Facilitate rescheduling, cancellations, and new appointment requests from clients.

**Note**: This position does not include providing therapy or counseling services.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
