**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Explain company services and offerings clearly and effectively.
- Maintain and update client databases in MS Office tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Understand and adapt quickly to the company’s services, work processes, and objectives.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt, understand quickly, and grasp new concepts fast.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
