**JOB DESCRIPTION OF FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE**:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with customers in the field. This role involves traveling to different locations, meeting potential and existing clients, and promoting products or services to achieve sales targets. The individual must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to promote offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide regular follow-ups and updates to clients regarding new products or promotions.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
- **Fieldwork and Reporting**:
- Travel to different locations to meet clients and close deals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, revenue forecasts, and achieved targets.
- Maintain a database of prospects, customers, and sales activities using CRM tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

- Adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good with their communications and presentability
- Will prefer if have dealt with luxury fashion products or worked as a merchandizer
**Work Environment**:
- Extensive fieldwork with frequent travel to customer locations.
- May involve flexible working hours based on client availability.
**Preferred Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
