**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new corporate and B2B business opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and hotel site inspections
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups
- Promote hotel services, packages, and facilities to prospective clients
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, travel fairs, and networking events
- Collaborate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Prepare and present weekly sales reports to the management team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, field sales, or B2B marketing (hospitality background preferred)
- Strong local market knowledge of Kolkata and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
