Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Field Executive, you will be actively involved in meeting potential customers, presenting our cybersecurity solutions, and closing deals. The role demands high energy, a proactive approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This is a field-facing role, requiring strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and target-driven execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct direct B2C field sales visits to potential and existing customers.
- Identify new leads and business opportunities to increase market penetration.
- Present Prime Infoserv’s cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and compliance solutions to clients.
- Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and ensure conversions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to address client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Provide daily reports and sales forecasts to the management team.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and industry exhibitions to build business connections.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Education: Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in IT sales, field sales, or B2C sales (Freshers with strong motivation may also apply).
- Sales Expertise: Strong persuasion, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT products, cybersecurity solutions, and enterprise sales is a plus.
- Communication: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally and meet customers in the assigned region.
- CRM & Reporting: Familiarity with CRM software and daily reporting tools.
