Brief about the Team

In Tata 1mg, the Strategic Initiatives team is likely responsible for identifying and executing strategic projects and initiatives that align with the company-s long-term goals and objectives.

What will you do
- Data Management: Design, develop, and maintain databases and data warehouses to ensure accurate and efficient data storage and retrieval. Perform data quality assurance checks and ensure data integrity.
- Information System Development and Management: Develop and maintain information systems that support various business functions and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights to management and stakeholders. Conduct data analysis and employ statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Work with business intelligence tools and data visualization software to enhance data presentation and accessibility.

What we are looking for
- Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience (in MIS)
- Strong technical skills in data visualization & dashboard creation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with Large Datasets
