**Life skills Trainer**

Life skills are your innate attributes that determines how well you can work or interact with others. These skills make it easier to form relationships with people, create trust and dependability, both in our professional and personal lives. At Winger Of Wonder, we encourage our students to develop the following skills:

- Self
- Motivation
- Effective Communication
- Creative Thinking
- Decision Making
- Problem Solving
- Leadership
- Presentation Skills

The students are given special training on LSRW or Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing. The aim of this skill development program is to enable students to develop their life skills and express themselves with confidence.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement through training programs aligned with the school's educational goals and student needs.
- Create engaging activities, and exercises to enhance students' communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and other essential skills.
- Conduct effective and interactive classes on regular basis for students of various age groups. (Grades I to VII)
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including role-playing, group discussions, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills.
- Work with parents to provide guidance and support for students' personal development.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Experience in teaching and handling students.
- Post-graduation or MA English.
- Certification and experience in life skills training will be an added advantage.
- Creativity and hands-on Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
