**You will work under the CEO Team towards promotion of Veineux AR 100, A medical device required for all hospitals and Clinics.**
- **Must be Smart and Dynamic. You should possess Excellent leadership skills.**
- **Must possess strong conceptual skills, self-motivated, strategic thinker, and results oriented.**

- **Develop marketing strategies and implement business plans.**
- **Work collaboratively with technical and operational staff to convert new client contacts into meetings and break opportunities.**
- **Demonstrated ability to organize work, set objectives and establish priorities. Manages time and resources, implements activities to promote cooperation among the interdisciplinary team, supervises responsibilities of others, and collaborates across disciplines.**
- **You should possess an Excellent flair in English. speaking capabilities in Hindi will be appreciated.**
- **Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a strategic and driven approach to problem solving.**
- **Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant information and addressing their needs and concerns.**
- **Must possess excellent Coordination and Operations Skills..**
- **Must be Detail oriented, transparency and accuracy are paramount.**

**Requirements**:
**Experience in electronics, especially in medical device is considered addon.**
- **Strong communication skills are mandatory**
- **Experience in driving sales team and generation of leads, client interaction will get priority.**
- **Previous work experience in medical device manufacturing company will get preference.**
