- Reporting to Regional Manager.
- **Roles & Responsibilities -**_
- Selling Of NCL Alltek AAC Blocks Through Channel & Project Sales
- Doing Regular Follow up With Existing Architects, Builders, Dealers & Introducing New Dealer / Distributor in given Territory.
- Achieving the Sales Targets in Value.
- Achieve collection target monthly/quarterly
- Identify new clients and design sales pitch with help from reporting manager
- Develop and maintain records of daily and weekly call plans of existing customers
- Collect references from existing customers for further leads
- Encourage repeat purchase by the existing customer
- Obtain and submit photographs of completed projects
- Assist reporting manager in executing market research activities
- Collect and report information on competitive products, their USP, market strategies etc.
- Assist reporting managers in implementation of promotional activities
- Intimation of the approved schemes to the client base within the stipulated time
- Follow personnel (personal presentation and etiquettes) and process standards set by the organization
- Collect customer feedback on product and service: quarterly
- Coordinate with production and dispatch units to inform clients of delivery schedules
- Attend to customer complaints and resolve them with approval from reporting manager
- Submit daily reports to reporting manager
- Maintain Customer profile records
- Submit travel expenses in stipulated time and appropriate format
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of processes
- Submit mandatory documents within time
- Coordinate with team members for completion of target & processes
- Generate Leads for Retailers, Distributors, and Chanel Partners from the Market.
- Practice effectively processes in place and best practices introduced
- Establish connect with Selected Dealer and Sub-Dealer
- **Major Clients : Architects, Builders, Dealers, Retailers, Sub-dealers, Distributors.**_

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
