**Customer Support Executive - Software (ERP Software Domain)**

**Location**:Lower Parel East, Mumbai (On-site)
**Working Hours**:Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Role Overview**
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to assist clients in resolving queries and training them on our software. You’ll help clients with accounting and GST-related issues and connect remotely when needed for support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with software-related queries (usage, accounting, GST, etc.).
- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use the software effectively.
- Use remote tools like Anydesk or TeamViewer to connect to clients' systems and provide real-time support.
- Work with the tech team to escalate and follow up on technical issues.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and GST.
- Commerce graduates or freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome.
