**Customer Support Executive - ERP Software (Lower Parel East, Mumbai)**
**Job Details**:
- **Location**: Lower Parel East, Mumbai (10 min walk from station)
- **Working Hours**: Mon-Sat | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Experience**: Freshers to 2 years
- **Education**:Commerce Graduate or 12th pass with customer support experience
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot ERP accounting and GST issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new users.
- Document cases and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
**Must Have Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
- Customer centric attitude with strong communication skills.
**Nice to Have**:
- Prior exposure to any accounting/ERP software.
- Experience using remote access tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
