Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Bangalore Urban district. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing online support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering technical support. Daily tasks involve responding to customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Online Support and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Prior experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
