**Job Description:

- Responsible for achieving the target Sales results for the assigned district / market

Generate sales through Govt organizations.
- Need to build relationship with multiple Govt agencies and generate volume MoM as

per company target.
- Key Account Management skills.
- Need to manage a large institutional customer and ensure better coordination to

manage day to day operations.
- Knowledge of Govt tendering process.
- Ability to liaison with Govt officials and maintain relationship at all levels to ensure

smooth business operations.
- Experience in logistics/ supply chain coordination and should ensure optimum

operation/profit customer satisfaction with the customer.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Min 5 years Experience
- Proven experience in sales and achieving targets, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and convey product benefits effectively.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Result-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
