**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Talent Acquisition Specialist** with experience in hiring for **real estate sales roles**. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment - from understanding business needs to sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top sales talent who can drive commercial leasing and sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and build profiles for various commercial real estate roles (e.g., Leasing Managers, Sales Executives, Relationship Managers and Team Leaders).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Drive employer branding strategies to attract talent from the real estate and commercial leasing sectors.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track effectiveness of sourcing strategies and ensure time-to-hire and quality-of-hire goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and labor laws.
- Conduct reference checks, coordinate onboarding, and support hiring managers through the integration process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 1 years focused on **commercial real estate sales hiring**.
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, particularly commercial leasing and sales roles.
- Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with job boards and professional networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹10,300.44 - ₹30,000.00 per month
