Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates on Shopify and other e-commerce portals.
- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, CRM tools, and phone calls for order processing, queries, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for stock planning and merchandising schedules.
- Monitor product performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements in product presentation and promotions.
- Handle end-to-end e-commerce operations including order management, logistics coordination, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure product descriptions, size charts, and imagery are accurate and optimized for online platforms.
- Assist with social media coordination and campaign execution where necessary.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Diploma in Fashion or E-commerce Management (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, WhatsApp for Business, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Understanding of fashion trends and online consumer behavior is a plus.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Prior experience in a fashion brand or e-commerce setup will be an advantage.

How to apply:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
