**Job Summary**:
The Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization/department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient management of resources. The role involves coordinating administrative activities, maintaining organizational systems, and supporting staff to achieve organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and teams.
Maintain records and filing systems (digital and physical).
**2. Office Operations**:
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and fully functional.
Oversee procurement and inventory management for office supplies and equipment.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
**3. Human Resource Coordination**:
Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workspaces.
Maintain employee records and timesheets.
Support HR in organizing training sessions, team events, and compliance updates
**4. Finance and Budgeting**:
Assist in budget planning and monitoring expenses.
Process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial documentation.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments
**5. Compliance and Reporting**:
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Prepare and submit periodic reports as required.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
**6. Coordination and Communication**:
Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
Facilitae smooth communication flow across departments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
