**The Role**:
As a Performance Marketer at NPR Design, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing paid campaigns across a variety of social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, X, and others. You will also be instrumental in managing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns encompassing Search, Display, Demand-Generation, and YouTube Ads. Your role will be crucial in optimizing these campaigns and providing detailed reporting on their performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and lead generation across multiple channels.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
- Oversee SEM initiatives, including Google Ads and YouTube, focusing on keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes and metrics to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment with the overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Implement and refine marketing automation techniques to enhance lead generation processes.
- Take responsibility for the growth marketing and CRM strategy, processes and implementation.
- Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics.
- Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs.
- Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyze performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.
- Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion and under experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible.
- Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us.
- Be in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation. You should strive to continuously outperform yourself.
- When needed, work together with external agencies to optimize the delivery of your campaigns and discover new audiences.
- Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns.
- Ideally you also have some UX and social media writing experience.
- Have knowledge and experience in paid media ads (Social Media + Google Ads)
- Work on Campaign Strategy + Execution on Social Media Ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & Quora)
- Work on Keyword Strategy + Display/Video Strategy Ads on Google Ads
- All forms of Google Analytics + other conversion management campaigns and tracking
- Retargeting & Remarketing Campaigns
- E-Commerce Marketing & Platform Management
- Wordpress Landing Pages (Design via theme)
- Paid Media Reports
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a performance marketing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong expertise in managing social media ads, SEM, and online campaign management.
- Proficient in tools and platforms necessary for digital advertising and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize, implement, and optimize high-budget campaigns effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience with marketing automation software and techniques.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
