Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, answering inquiries and offering professional advice on moving services.

Guide prospective clients through the company’s service offerings, explaining the moving process, timelines, pricing structures, and any other relevant details.

Convert sales inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing tailored quotes and facilitating contract agreements.

Collect client information and specifics regarding the move to accurately plan and estimate costs and requirements.

**Client Relationship Management**:
Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized service and exceptional communication throughout the moving process.

Manage client expectations by proactively updating them on move progress, potential challenges, and timelines.

Handle any client concerns or issues that may arise before, during, or after the move, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.

Conduct post-move follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Coordination and Operations Management**:
Work with internal operations teams, including logistics, warehouse, and moving staff, to ensure smooth execution of moves.

Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for each move, including the coordination of pick-up and delivery times, transportation needs, and labor requirements.

Ensure all moving documentation, such as inventory lists, contracts, and permits, are prepared and accurate.

Monitor and manage the quality of service throughout the move, ensuring that company standards, safety protocols, and customer expectations are met.

Track and manage inventory, ensuring that all items are packed, moved, and delivered safely and efficiently.

**Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for improving the moving process, including better communication with clients and smoother coordination between sales and operations.

Collaborate with other teams to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors or delays.

**Sales Support and Reporting**:
Assist with forecasting and reporting on sales progress and client satisfaction levels.

Support the sales team with any customer-related inquiries or special requests that arise.

Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, moving details, and status updates.

**Cost Estimation and Budget Management**:
Provide accurate and competitive quotes for moving services based on client needs and company pricing guidelines.

Ensure moves are completed within budget and assist with managing cost-effective operations, such as optimizing routes and resources.

**Team Collaboration and Communication**:
Serve as a liaison between clients, sales teams, and operations staff, ensuring clear communication and a smooth handover between all parties involved in the move.

Provide support and guidance to other move coordinators or junior staff as Education:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations coordination, preferably in the logistics, moving, or relocation industry.
