**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, label, and store all incoming spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Issue parts to technicians against job cards while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Maintain optimal stock levels of fast-moving and critical workshop items to avoid delays in repairs.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual logs or dealership management systems (DMS).
- Track and manage tools inventory, including issuance, return, and maintenance of tool registers.
- Coordinate with the procurement/purchase department for stock replenishment and special-order parts.
- Organize stock in the store area for easy access, identification, and traceability.
- Ensure proper storage of oils, lubricants, batteries, and hazardous materials as per safety regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Maintain records of warranty returns, old core parts, and scrap disposal.
- Assist in identifying slow-moving and obsolete stock and recommend actions.
- Ensure workshop cleanliness and proper layout of parts bins and tool racks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum [2-5] years of experience as a Store Keeper in an **automotive workshop/service center**.
- In-depth knowledge of automobile parts, tools, and service processes.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair processes.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and organizing stock.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer usage.
- High school diploma or technical diploma in Automotive, Logistics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
