Chat Support Executive

Key responsibilities:
1. Post engaging ads/listings across platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Offer Up, and other local listing sites to generate leads
2. Handle inbound messages and inquiries from customers across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website chat, etc.)
3. Engage in professional, friendly, and timely conversations to build trust and help customers choose the right jewelry piece
4. Explain product details such as quality, pricing, customization options, and benefits of moissanite/diamond jewelry
5. Overcome objections through clear communication, product education, and client reassurance
6. Convert leads into sales by guiding customers through the purchase journey online checkout, custom orders, or in-store appointment bookings
7. Maintain accurate records of chats, inquiries, follow-ups, and customer preferences using spreadsheets or CRM tools
8. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth through exceptional chat-based support
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
