Description - Position Business Development Associate - Lending - Function/ Department Credit - Location Bengaluru, Karnataka - Qualifications Graduate / Post - graduate - Experience Minimum 1-2 years of work experience with SMB lending/Fintech firms. Relevant credit product sales experience for SMBs segment. Job Profile Brief: Build and manage a pipeline of interested SMB customers for lending products Build relationships with customers to understand credit, requirement and fulfill with cross departments coordination. Outbound calling to generate loan interest and drive sales. Work closely with all the relevant partner lenders to drive disbursements. Languages - Eng + Hindi (mandatory) + Any regional language (it will be an add-on) CTC - 32K to 35K Inhand + PF + Incentives Additional Pointers: - Need to have a go-getter and hustler attitude Ability to work & collaboratively across functions Bias for action and getting things done
