**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Relationship Executive** to build and maintain strong client relationships, manage customer queries, and support business growth. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience at every interaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist the sales team in managing leads, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure records are updated regularly.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and share regular client feedback reports with management.
- Support in organizing client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to client retention strategies.
