**What You’ll Achieve**:
**You will**:

- Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
- Assisting with systems integrations and installations.
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Managing coordination at zonal levels where required.
- Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems.
- Developing reports for teams across the business..

**Essential Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle (preferred, not mandatory)
- General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory).
- Intimate knowledge of an organization's computing systems.
- Ability to explain complex ideas to the clients with limited IT and systems knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, patience, listening and convincing abilities.
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience critical thinking skills.
- Experience working with data and creating reports.
- Proficient in SQL, Oracle and Excel.
- Preferred hands-on experience with the Exago web platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Oracle, PL/SQL Crystal, and D2K reports is a plus.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
