**What You’ll Achieve**:
**You will**:

- Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Managing coordination at zonal levels, whenever required.
- Developing reports for teams across the business.

**Essential Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle (preferred, not mandatory).
- General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory).
- Ability to explain complex ideas to the clients with limited IT and systems knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, patience, listening and convincing abilities.
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience critical thinking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle.
- General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory.
