**Job Summary**:
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality
assurance activities within the manufacturing process. This role involves
developing and implementing quality standards, conducting inspections, and
ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain quality control policies and procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
- Oversee product inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects or non-compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the design and R&D teams to ensure that quality standards are incorporated into product development for better product outcomes.
- Work with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and supervise quality control inspectors and other related personnel.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports to present findings and recommendations to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain competitiveness.
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering).
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the hospitality or tableware industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficient in quality control software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
