**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in financial software, including Tally, QuickBooks, and Gusto.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical mindset.
- Ability to champion change and foster innovation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
