We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Associate will be required/responsible to make telemarketing/outbound calls using dialer and manual resources and make them a prospect for the product/services we offer and be responsible for regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Associate will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters and criteria
- Associate should be ready to work in 24/7 and 365 modules and meeting monthly targets.
- Explaining the product features in detail.
- Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing information to the customer.
- Strictly adhere to the process requirements.

Qualification: Graduates/ Undergraduate

Work Experience: Fresher / Experience

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Languages: Fluent English

Shifts: Evening Shift 7.30pm to 4.30pm

Salary range: 20,000 - 30,000 per month

Interview Mode: Online Interview
