**Position Overview**
The Business Associate will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of business strategies. This position requires an individual who is driven, organized, and skilled at communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, assisting with market research, contributing to sales and marketing efforts, and helping manage client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development & Sales**:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and lead-generation strategies.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Track and report on business development progress and performance metrics.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Support the team in managing existing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Engage in regular communication with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements and ensure timely service delivery.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and market penetration strategies.
- **Project Management Support**:
- Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing business projects.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- **Administrative & Operational Support**:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and presentations.
- Maintain organized records and databases related to business operations.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a business development or client-facing role is a plus, but not mandatory.
