**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Monitoring & Control**:
Continuously monitor the production or operational processes to ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and quality requirements.

Control the parameters of the production process, including temperature, pressure, speed, and other relevant factors, using SCADA or similar systems.

Ensure all process equipment operates within the required specifications to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- **Process Optimization**:
Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or improve existing processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or deviations in the process flow.
- **Quality Assurance**:
Maintain a strong focus on product quality by ensuring that process deviations do not affect the final output.

Conduct periodic quality checks and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any issues.

Support the development of process control standards and contribute to quality audits.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of process performance, production output, and maintenance activities.

Prepare detailed reports on process status, performance metrics, and any incidents or issues for management review.

Ensure all documentation is compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
- **Safety & Compliance**:
Ensure that all processes are executed in a safe manner and in compliance with safety standards, environmental guidelines, and industry regulations.

Identify any risks or hazards in the production process and propose solutions to mitigate them.

Actively participate in safety training, audits, and inspections.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:
Work closely with operators, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Provide training and support to operational staff on process controls and best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Good Communication skills
- Advance excel

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Process Controller, Process Operator, or in a similar role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with process control systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS) is highly desirable.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of process optimization, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with management.
- Familiarity with production software and control systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in problem-solving and process improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
