The Process Controller is responsible for overseeing daily operations, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role ensures smooth workflow, maintains quality standards, and supports the team in achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Work Monitoring

  • Review and verify every employee's completed tasks for the day.
  • Ensure all work meets accuracy, and timeline standards.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or delays and take corrective action.

Staff Management

  • Oversee, guide, and support all staff members in their daily responsibilities.
  • Assign tasks and ensure proper workload distribution.
  • Maintain discipline, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork.
  • Provide performance feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

Process Control & Improvement

  • Ensure all procedures and workflows are followed correctly.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Highlight key issues, delays, and achievements to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of task completion and staff productivity.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a communication link between staff and management.
  • Conduct briefings, share instructions, and clarify process updates.
  • Ensure smooth workflow across departments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze work output and identify errors.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of workflow/process management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Experience in team supervision, or operations management.
