- **Process Monitoring & Control**:

- Continuously monitor the production or operational processes to ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Control the parameters of the production process, including temperature, pressure, speed, and other relevant factors, using SCADA or similar systems.
- Ensure all process equipment operates within the required specifications to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or improve existing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or deviations in the process flow.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain a strong focus on product quality by ensuring that process deviations do not affect the final output.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any issues.
- Support the development of process control standards and contribute to quality audits.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of process performance, production output, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on process status, performance metrics, and any incidents or issues for management review.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all processes are executed in a safe manner and in compliance with safety standards, environmental guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Identify any risks or hazards in the production process and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Actively participate in safety training, audits, and inspections.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with operators, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide training and support to operational staff on process controls and best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent advance excel
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Process Controller, Process Operator, or in a similar role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with process control systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS) is highly desirable.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of process optimization, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with management.
- Familiarity with production software and control systems is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in problem-solving and process improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
