We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Curry Chef (CDP level) to join our kitchen team. You’ll be running the curry station — cooking delicious, authentic Indian curries and making sure every dish that leaves the kitchen is top quality. If you love Indian food, know your spices, and can handle a busy service, we want you on board.**( No accomodation**)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Cook a range of Indian curries — traditional and modern styles.

Prep your section and keep it running smoothly during service.

Make sure every curry is consistent, tasty, and up to standard.

Help train junior chefs and pass on your skills.

Keep your station clean and follow all food safety rules.

Work with the Head Chef on new ideas for the menu.

Help with ordering and managing stock when needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience working in a busy Indian kitchen, especially on curries.

Strong knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques.

Able to work under pressure and keep calm during busy shifts.

Team player with good communication skills.

Food hygiene certificate would be a bonus.

Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 3 years (preferred)
