**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Increase the Public Image of Directors**:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to elevate the reputation of the company’s directors.
- Secure media coverage, interviews, and speaking engagements to showcase the directors' expertise and leadership.
- Position directors as thought leaders in their industry through press releases, interviews, and personal branding campaigns.
- Manage proactive media outreach to ensure positive representation of directors in the press and on digital platforms.
- **Enhance Company’s Market Value**:
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to align PR efforts with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Promote company initiatives, news, and achievements to raise brand awareness and market visibility.
- Create and distribute engaging press releases, articles, and other content to support company campaigns and boost its market value.
- Actively monitor media coverage and public sentiment to ensure a consistent and positive narrative for the company.
- **Media Relations and Content Development**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure favorable coverage.
- Write and edit press materials, speeches, articles, and other content to reflect the company’s and its directors’ strengths and successes.
- Track media coverage and public response, providing regular reports to management on PR activities and outcomes.
- **Event Planning and Management**:
- Organize events such as press conferences, product launches, and media interactions to promote directors and the company.
- Coordinate with vendors, media, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of events that elevate the company’s public presence.
- Ensure that directors are well-prepared and presented in all public appearances and events.
- **Social Media Strategy**:
- Oversee the company’s social media presence, creating posts and engaging with followers to enhance the online reputation of the directors and the company.
- Develop content that promotes the company’s initiatives and highlights the leadership and expertise of the directors.
- Ensure that social media activity aligns with broader PR strategies and contributes to increasing visibility and market value.
- **Brand Monitoring and Analysis**:
- Monitor public opinion, media trends, and competitor activities to adjust PR strategies as needed.
- Provide regular analysis on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Act as the primary contact for managing and mitigating any potential negative publicity.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications (preferably in a corporate or executive-focused environment).
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with directors, media, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in brand reputation management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working with senior executives or directors in a PR or communications role.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and analytics platforms.
- Crisis management or experience handling negative publicity is a plus.
